We do charge a $50 setup fee for screen printing. This fee is required due to the extensive effort needed to set up the printing equipment. The screens will remain up for 1 week after completing an order, after which a new setup fee will be required for additional orders.

The only service with a minimum product requirement is screen printing, which requires a quantity count of 25 pieces or more. For all other services, no minimum product quantity is required.

There is a one-time $35 digitizing fee to convert all images to an acceptable embroidery format. Once an image has been digitized, you will not be charged for future embroidery needs containing this same image, as long as its size and aspects remain unchanged.

The type of image required will vary depending on the service you choose. However, for the best possible results, all images submitted should be of high resolution.

For logo submissions, we prefer file formats such as .ai, .eps, .pdf, .png, and .jpg.

If submitting .png or .jpg, please ensure that they are high-resolution images.

If not being shipped you're welcome to pickup and/or drop off your items for customization at our location at 300 S Main St Suite 212, Holly Springs, NC 27540. Drop off and pick up times are between 9am to 5pm EST. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

We offer the option for customers to provide their own garments or personal items for customization, or choose from our wide selection of customizable items and apparel. Our preferred format for a digitized embroidery file is .PES. If you don't have a digitized file, don't worry, our design team can help you create one based on your artwork or logo.

For HTV designs, it's best to provide vector files in Adobe Illustrator or EPS format. However, if you don't have a vector file, don't worry - our design team can help you create or convert your artwork to ensure the best possible outcome.

We can create HTV designs with multiple colors, but please note that each color requires a separate layer of vinyl and additional cutting and weeding time, which can affect the overall cost of the project. Screen Printing

Our screen printing services are versatile and can be applied to various items, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, tote bags, and more.

We can match specific colors for screen printing using Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors. However, please note that these colors may not directly mirror RGB colors seen on electronic screens. Our preference is to receive vector files in Adobe Illustrator or EPS format, although we can also work with high-resolution raster files such as PSD, PNG, or TIFF. To achieve the best results, it's essential to use materials coated with a special sublimation coating.
